About Hugh Foster Hall HomeHugh Foster Hall was built in 1915 as the Town of Milton Registry Office, on land donated to the Town of Milton by Hugh Foster. In November, 1988, the Registry Office was officially opened as Hugh Foster Hall, sporting a modern glass and steel addition which gave the hall a bright, sunny reception area.
